Thanks, that has just reminded me to change my address since I don't want the ticket going to my old house really! I think that was the easiest dealing I've ever had with see, took about a minute on the phone. Hope it has actually worked..


Edit - ooh it has, already changed on the order tracker. I'm shocked by the ease and efficiency!

I had a minor ticket hoohaa in the week. I checked the online tracker but due to mail fuck ups didn't have my reference number. No problem I used their reference lookup thingy - 'no orders are associated with this address'. Huh ? Tried various other bits and bobs until I had convinced myself that although I put the deposit on I must have forgotten to pay the balance. Gets on the phone to seetickets and spent nearly 2 hours holding (on and off at work so, meh). Anyways all is ok and the reason the nice bloke at see said there was no order associated was because I bought 2 seperate batches of 2 tickets for the same address which confused the system (nothing to do with shit programming, oh no, the system got confused).

Not sure if it's an age thing but I woke up this morning, got dressed for the gym, got in the car and then remembered I actually work for a living and had to be in work in 15 minutes. Doh!

Anyhoo, no tickets yet but at least I am confident they will be coming soon.

I had to ring See to change my address and I think it was the easiest ticket-related thing I've ever done, took about 30 seconds. Guess either my timing was better or my query was a lot simpler!
