I love them. They charge less commission, they have tickets left after the big boys sell out and if you live in London, you can go and pick them up rather than paying P&P and the staff in there are fabulously friendly.
Brilliant company.

Their handy A4 listings guide was very useful in the days before internet at home/everything being easily accessible on there, too. And before wegottickets.com they were often the only place to sell tickets for small gigs.
Although not worth it for Mean Fiddler venues since you can buy them booking-fee-free from an MF box office (possibly just the Jazz Cafe now, obviously the Astoria one is no longer there and I don't know if they reinstated the one at the Garage when it reopened or not).

I got some glastonbury tickets there in one of the earlier fiasco years so they can have some praise from me.
